Hi. Welcome to my kitchen, today we will prepare Elegant Desserts Strawberry & White Chocolate Mousse so let's start !!!!
On this cake we will need two mouses which I have already prepared and you will find them here in my channel

and we will need also a cake which is like sponge cake and we will cut it in the form of a heart you will find it here in my channel too ,Cool cake on a wire rack for 10 minutes,Once cooled, cut it in form of heart .
I will use Heart Mold and im using also these clear plastic strips for lining dessert to make removal easier ,Place your first layer on your cake stand, then Put a strawberry mousse on it and use a small spatula to make frosting an even layer.
After strawberry mouse put your second layer of cake then soak your cake before you put your filling ( im using here little sugar and water and brought it to a boil and added a little of lemon juice) ,fill rest of heart with white chocolate mousse , and then put it in the freezer until it is cool enough to work with , after half an hour, in the freezer ,now we will add our glaze put your cake in the freezer for the last time ,we need to cool our glaze , now take out your Heart Mold & plastic strips , Decorate your cake with white chocolate heart & Almond flakes i melted white chocolate then cut it in shape of heart
