Orange Blossom White Chocolate Mousse موس الشكلاطة البيضاء



مقادير موس الشكلاطة البيضاء
200 غرام شكلاطة بيضاء مذابة 
200 غرام القشدة الطرية 
ربع ملعقة ماء الزهر

The recipe in English 
7 oz (200 grams) white chocolate
1 cup (20 cl) heavy cream or whipping cream
1 tablespoon orange blossom water (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
Orange zest (for topping)

1- Place the cold heavy cream in a large bowl. Beat with an electrical beater (at high speed) for 5 minutes until the cream become fluffy with soft white peaks. Add the sugar all at once and continue beating for another minute.
Note: Make sure not to over beat the cream or it will become grainy!
2-Place the white chocolate and heavy cream in a bowl, and melt in a bain-marie (in a bowl over a boiling water).
3-Once the chocolate has completely melted, remove the bowl from the boiling water, and place it in the counter. Let it cool down for 5 minutes before integrating it with the cream.
4-Gently, fold in the whipping cream into the chocolate mixture . Mix gently, with a circular movement, from top to bottom, so the mousse stays airy and fluffy.
5-Add the orange blossom water to the mixture and gently mix it in.
6-Place in cups. Put in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving
7-Top with orange zest before serving
