كريب معمر بالدجاج / Chiken Crepe Filling


المقادير 
المقادير اللازمة لتحضير (أنا إستعملت نصف المقادير)
 الكريب 
500 مل حليب
250 غرام دقيق 
3 بيضات حجم كبير 





ملعقة كبيرة زبدة مذابة  
 ملح و فلفل ممكن كذلك إستعمال مكعب المرق 
الحشوة 
بصلة مفرومة القليل من الثوم 
ملعقة كبيرة زبدة 
ملعقة كبيرة زيت نباتية 
ورقة الغار و القليل من الزعتر 
ملعقة كبيرة طحين
 ربع كأس حليب  
فرماج السندويش
The ingredients 
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 liter of milk 
  • tablespoon of melted butter
  •  pinch of salt 
  • 125 grams flour
  Filling   

  • 125 Grams of chopped chicken
  • small onion
  • finely diced
  • 3 slices of cheese
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 bay leaves
  • Little Bit of Thyme
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • little of vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper 
    First, i will prepare crepe: Mix together the flour and salt in a large bowl.

Add the combined eggs and milk; gradually mixing into the flour with a whisk.Continue to whisk until a smooth batter forms.The recipe is best if you can leave the mixture to rest for 30 minutes before cooking.
   Second  Heat butter and oil in small frying pan. Add onions and cook until just tender and translucent. Add chopped chicken, bay leaves, thyme, then cook it for 10 min 
Now add flour, mix then add milk, cook it for 5 another 5 min then let it cool down before start filling 
So let's start. First put one tablespoon of filling, add cheese then close it .
Now i will roast them. Heat butter in small frying pan then roast them. you can also put them in flour, egg, breadcrumbs then fry them .
