طريقة تحضير الكسكس المفتول في المنزل من يد أمـــــي ربي يحفظها لي

المقادير : 

العجين 400 غرام دقيق القمح و 200 غرام دقيق القمح اللين او الدقيق الممتاز ملح و ماء 

الحشوة
 بصلة متوسطة ملح زيت + صلصة البيتزا. رابط الصلصة هنـــــــــــــا + 200 غرام من الكفتة.

the ingredients: 

fine semolina flour 400 grams
200 grams of all-purpose flour

a teaspoon of salt
cold water  the dough must be hard 

for the stuff we need 

one medium onion
tablespoon of oil
teaspoon of salt
pizza sauce
200 grams of hached meat
